JD Furniture Return Policy
At JD Furniture, we stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want your shopping experience to be seamless and enjoyable. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and materials.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact our Customer Care team on our contact page with your order number and details. Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
Return Conditions
-Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
-Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
-Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.
-JD Furniture is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it with a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
